This artisanal pasta is made in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow natural drying. Linguine are long, flat, narrow ribbons — wider than spaghetti but slimmer than tagliatelle. Their shape is especially well-suited for seafood sauces, pesto, or light olive oil and garlic-based preparations, as the flat surface allows the sauce to coat evenly.
