Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft cookies with sweet cherries and melting white and dark chocolate, offering a rich and loving bite.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Fabbri Amarena Cherries, chopped
- 1 cup Valrhona “Ivoire” White 35% Feves, chopped
- 1 cup Valrhona Guanaja 70% Dark Chocolate Feves, chopped
- 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Add eggs, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until the dough comes together.
- Chop the Fabbri Amarena Cherries, Valrhona “Ivoire” White 35% Feves, and Valrhona Guanaja 70% Dark Chocolate Feves. Add chocolate to mixer until evenly distributed.
- Use a large cookie scoop to portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes.
