Crown Golden Pancakes
Fluffy, golden buttermilk pancakes drizzled with sweet maple syrup, perfect for sharing around the breakfast table.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Crown Maple Sugar
- Crown Maple Syrup
- 2 cups Flour
- 1½ to 2 cups Buttermilk
- 3 Eggs
- 10.6 oz Melted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Add the eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk. Gently mix until combined. Do not over mix.
- Lightly grease pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour batter to desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form. Flip until golden.
- Serve warm, top with butter and Crown Maple Syrup.
