Crown Golden Pancakes

Fluffy, golden buttermilk pancakes drizzled with sweet maple syrup, perfect for sharing around the breakfast table.

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crown Maple Sugar
  • Crown Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1½ to 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 10.6 oz Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk. Gently mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  3. Lightly grease pan or griddle over medium heat.
  4. Pour batter to desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form. Flip until golden.
  5. Serve warm, top with butter and Crown Maple Syrup.
