This artisanal pasta is produced by Mancini with 100% durum wheat semolina grown on their own fields in Italy’s Marche region. Bucatini are long, thick spaghetti-like strands with a hollow center running through them. The hole allows sauces to seep inside, creating a flavorful bite with each strand. Traditionally used in Roman dishes such as bucatini all’Amatriciana, they also pair well with creamy sauces, cacio e pepe, and hearty tomato-based recipes. The “cello” refers to Mancini’s signature clear cello bag packaging.
