Mancini

This is an artisanal pasta made with durum wheat semolina grown directly on Mancini’s family farm in the Marche region. Curve refers to a short, curved tube-shaped pasta (similar to elbow macaroni, but typically larger and thicker). The hollow, bent shape makes it especially good at trapping creamy sauces, baked cheese dishes, or chunky vegetable ragùs. As with all Mancini pastas, it is bronze-die extruded and slow-dried, giving it a rough texture that holds sauce beautifully.
