This pasta is handcrafted in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow drying. Elicoidali are short, ridged tubes with a slightly spiral twist, similar to rigatoni but with a helix shape. This design gives them excellent sauce retention, making them perfect for chunky tomato ragùs, baked casseroles, or creamy cheese-based dishes.
