This artisanal pasta is made with durum wheat semolina grown on Mancini’s own family farm in the Marche region of Italy. Fusilli are short, corkscrew-shaped pasta with a twisted spiral design. Their shape is excellent at holding onto thick sauces—whether tomato-based, creamy, or pesto—making them one of the most versatile pasta cuts. Mancini’s fusilli are bronze-die extruded and slow-dried, giving them a rough, porous surface that enhances sauce absorption and texture.
