Linguine Fini Pasta

This pasta is produced in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow drying. Linguine fini are a thinner version of traditional linguine — long, narrow, flat ribbons that are more delicate and quicker to cook. Their slim profile makes them ideal for lighter sauces such as pesto, seafood, or olive oil and garlic, where the pasta’s finesse allows the sauce to shine without being heavy.
