Mancini

This pasta is crafted from 100% durum wheat semolina grown on Mancini’s own farms in the Marche region. Linguine are long, flat, narrow ribbons—slightly wider than spaghetti but slimmer than tagliatelle. With their smooth yet flat surface, they’re excellent for holding lighter sauces like pesto, seafood sauces, or olive oil and garlic. Mancini uses bronze-die extrusion and slow, low-temperature drying, giving the pasta a rough, sauce-gripping texture.
