Mancini

This pasta is produced by Mancini with durum wheat semolina grown on their own farms in the Marche region of Italy. Paccheri lisci are large, smooth tubes (without ridges), traditionally from Campania. Their wide opening and smooth surface make them ideal for stuffing with ricotta, meat, or vegetables, or for pairing with hearty seafood and tomato sauces. Bronze-die extrusion and slow drying give them a rustic bite and excellent texture, even though the surface is smooth.
