Mancini

This pasta is produced by Mancini with durum wheat semolina grown on their own farms in the Marche region of Italy. Rigatoni are large, ridged tubes with straight-cut ends. Their wide diameter and deep ridges make them excellent for holding hearty sauces such as meat ragùs, baked pasta dishes, or rich vegetable sauces. Mancini uses traditional bronze-die extrusion and slow drying, which gives rigatoni a rough surface and firm al dente texture, allowing sauces to cling beautifully.
