This pasta is made by Serafina using durum wheat semolina and traditional bronze-die extrusion. The bronze-die process creates a rougher surface than Teflon-die pasta, allowing sauces to cling more effectively and giving the pasta a more artisanal texture. Spaghetti are long, thin strands—one of Italy’s most iconic cuts—versatile for a wide variety of dishes, from tomato-based sauces and seafood preparations to classics like cacio e pepe or carbonara.
