This pasta is handcrafted in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow drying. Fusillo gigante are oversized spirals, much larger than standard fusilli, with a bold corkscrew shape that traps hearty sauces inside every twist. Their dramatic size makes them ideal for chunky meat ragùs, vegetable sauces, or baked pasta dishes where they add both flavor and visual impact. As part of the “Special Cut” line, they highlight a rustic, traditional shape in a grander form.
