This pasta is handcrafted by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco in Abruzzo, Italy, using traditional bronze-die extrusion and slow drying. Farfalle (“butterflies” or “bow ties”) are small, pinched pasta shapes with a smooth center and ruffled edges.
