Spaghetti are long, thin strands and one of the most iconic Italian pasta cuts. Giuseppe Cocco’s artisanal process gives them a rough surface and firm bite, allowing sauces to cling beautifully. They’re versatile and pair well with tomato-based sauces, olive oil and garlic (aglio e olio), seafood, or classics like cacio e pepe and carbonara.
