This pasta is produced by Mancini using 100% durum wheat semolina grown on their family farm in the Marche region. Spaghettini are a thinner version of spaghetti, offering a lighter texture and quicker cooking time. Their delicate strands are well-suited for simple olive oil–based sauces, seafood dishes, light tomato sauces, or aglio e olio. The “cello bag” refers to Mancini’s signature clear packaging, which showcases the artisanal pasta inside. As with all Mancini pastas, it is bronze-die extruded and slow-dried for optimal texture and flavor.
