This artisanal pasta is handcrafted in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow air-drying. Fettuccine are long, flat ribbons (slightly wider than tagliatelle, narrower than pappardelle). In the “Special Cut” line, they highlight the traditional Abruzzo style, with a rustic texture that grips sauces beautifully. They are best paired with creamy sauces, truffle butter, porcini mushrooms, or tomato-based ragùs.
