This artisanal pasta is crafted in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow natural drying. Paccheri are large, wide tubes traditionally from Campania, designed to be hearty and filling. Their size makes them perfect for catching chunky sauces, seafood ragùs, or stuffing with ricotta, meat, or vegetables before baking.
