This artisanal pasta is crafted in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow air-drying. Tubettini rigati are very small, ridged pasta tubes, even tinier than tubetti. They are a classic choice for soups, minestrone, and pasta e fagioli (pasta with beans), as their small size blends perfectly with legumes, vegetables, and broth. The ridges help hold bits of sauce or broth, making each spoonful flavorful.
