Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
A quick and flavorful dish that balances sweet, tangy, and savory — ready in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or scallions, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes, until golden and crisp. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Return salmon to the pan, spoon the glaze over the fillets, and simmer another 1–2 minutes, until glossy and coated.
- Plate the salmon, drizzle with remaining glaze, and garnish with parsley or scallions.

- Serve with steamed jasmine rice, roasted broccoli, or mashed sweet potatoes.
- For an extra kick, drizzle a little Chili Pepper Oil over the top.
