This artisanal pasta is crafted in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Fettuccine are long, flat ribbons slightly wider than tagliatelle but narrower than pappardelle, offering a rich, silky texture and golden color thanks to the eggs. Traditionally paired with creamy sauces like Alfredo, truffle butter, or porcini mushroom cream, they also work beautifully with tomato and meat-based ragùs.
