This artisanal pasta is produced by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco in Abruzzo, Italy, using traditional bronze-die extrusion and slow, natural drying. Pappardelle are very wide, flat ribbons of pasta (wider than tagliatelle), traditionally paired with hearty sauces like wild boar ragù, braised meats, or creamy mushroom dishes. The addition of eggs gives the pasta a rich golden color, enhanced flavor, and silkier texture compared to classic durum-only pasta.
