This pasta is made in Abruzzo, Italy, by Pastificio Giuseppe Cocco using durum wheat semolina, bronze-die extrusion, and slow air-drying. Fusilli are short, spiral-shaped pasta with a twisted corkscrew design. The spirals are excellent at catching and holding sauces, making them ideal for tomato-based sauces, pesto, creamy cheese sauces, and baked dishes. Their playful shape also works well in pasta salads, where they grip dressings and mix-ins.
